Adobe Photoshop CS4 Is now available in the portable version. The size is about 120 MB.

Also, I have installed the Eye Candy Filters for you, So all you need to do is the following.

Download the .Rar File. Extract the folder to your desktop.

Then go into the extracted folder and choose the Blue PS CS4 Application Tab.

Thats it! Fully working, and Ive even tested it after extracting it.

How to install filters in Photoshop Portable .

Once in Filter setup (Eye Candy or unlimited Filter) Find your Portable Photoshop folder go here.

Apps/Photoshop/Plugins/ Install Filters In Plugin area.

No Install serial needed for Unlimited Filter. Just run Setup and follow the given instructions where to install ^^
